Size in width or height (cm. or inch.) you may inform us only one side as the other side obviously will go proportionate, Fabric to embroiderer and When do you need the digitized design to be sent back.

You may send your pictures in any format such as JPG, TIF, GIF, BMP, PCX, CPT etc.

Our turnaround time depends on the nature of order and complexity of the logo. Normal orders will be done in 5-6 hours, Rush orders in 3-4 hours. Complicated or detailed ones take extra time.

We specifically digitize a design with the fabric in mind. The fabric will dictate the type of underlay, push-and- pull compensation and density that the digitizer must address in creating the design. Sometimes we need to redo the design from scratch.

To embroider a shirt or cap, you need an embroidery file sometimes referred to a tape. An Embroidery Disk and an Embroidery Tape are similar references. An embroidery tape/disk contains all the instructions, which tell the embroidery machine what to stitch on your garment.

Yes, we have an art department that can cope with all the hassle of bad artwork, if you give us clear instructions on what to do. We can use blurred images and hand drawings to create embroidery files.

We use Secure Socket Layers (SSL), the industry standard in transferring information to process your orders. Once you've entered, the page address (URL) will change from http to https; to let you know you are in a secure area. Also, a key or a closed lock will appear in the lower left-hand corner of your screen to notify you of this change.

Yeah, we can give you a free quotation for any design.

Yes, we can. The designs can be digitized for different embroidery machines, but it's essential to know the file format supported by the specific machine. Most digitizing software can save designs in different file formats, such as DST, PES, CND, PXF, OFM and EXP, which are specific to certain machines or software programs. A professional digitizer can create the design in the appropriate format for optimal results.

If you want the design sooner than 6–24 hours, you may request a “Rush Order” and you can mention when you place an order or you can let us know via email.

There are no additional fees for minor revisions. Unless you need to make significant changes to the primary artwork, like adding something new or writing new lines of letters.
